T/NSCP - wouldn't it be nice if T next decided that NSCP's browser and portalling would fit nicely into its internet and future plans. say at 45 a share or so. and then WCOM comes in with a competing bid at 60 or so. and then GTE comes in with a 70 dollar bid, then .... gggg Larrrrry

You can fix your problem,

I'm running a 166 MhZ system with a fast hard drive. I've had it for 2 1/2 years and it is no longer a screamer - the fast hard
drive has helped. I use both IE 4.01 and Communicator 4.05 interchangeably.

By the use of a small utility (1.1 meg download) that
happens to e an html-compliant browser. (no java). I run
a 100 MHz Pentium which wasn't noticeably better than my 486 dx2/80 system for browsing, however this speeds it up considerably.
Rendering and start-up overhead is nil compared to the two majors.
Available for Win96/NT and also for win 3.1. I've installed it over dual IE/N installations, Win NT and W95, with no side effects.
