I believe so,
Now it has been initiated as a strong buy by Chatfield Dean & co. Yesterday on CNBC they showed a bunch of Penguins diving in after each other. I guess that simulated the analyst action?

In the past CA biggest drop was in Dec 1996. It went from high 60's (before split) to 48-50 in first day then rebound to 52 next day and then end up in low 40's in next month. This scenario could repeat again. I will buy in low 30's.

What I was trying to point out is the following - if you followed this guy's recommendation, you'd have lost an additional $2/sh in 24 hours (sold yesterday for 39, buy today for 41, and commissions on top of that). Plus, the tax liabilities. I wonder if they pay you for their advice :-).
