Myron, I don't think it makes your di*k hard, and that is what makes Zonagen! A patent is worthless, unless it generates net income! What is the market for this thing, what does it cost to make, and what can it be sold for? Is there something out there already that does the same thing better, or cheaper? It may be just like Vasamax: a day late, a dollar short, and a poor runner up! I could get a patent for a pencil with ten erasers down it's length. But it would cost $20.00 a piece to make and is usless in the real world. That patent would not be worth the cost of the application. Of course I could sell the patent to Zonagen, and they could market these pencils as an ED device! (Ooooch!)
