Will; A lot of the book to bill ratio change is due to the box makers change of buying forward. Most of the box makers have got
to were they don't order forward there has been a dramatic change
in the way they operate. So I would not read a lot into it based
on historic levels of book to bill, the industry has revamped
itself , and will likely never return to the old method of
holding inventory or ordering forward. They buy and order
more on a need basis now.
