Santiago (and Charlotte),

One thing you may want to consider is there's a historical trend over the last two years: tscn.com

We've had higher highs throughout and each high was followed by a higher low than the previous low. April '96, FTEL was $1; 2 1/2 months later, it was $1 3/4; 3 1/2 months after that, $3; five months later, $6; eight months later, $10 1/2; and now it is ten months later and we're 3/16 away from the low set last August breaking the trend going on three years. This may not mean anything, so maybe then the question is: Is this the same company it was a year ago? Take a look at the chart again. In the last ten months we've had a lot of lower highs and lower lows. It's up to you how you see it.
