Though I agree with you and your efforts on Fleming. I too made a post against Wall Street West when they brought KANA here to this thread to tout it. Just like MINE and others.

As far as private placements and all ... they exist and have since the market began. Most of the time they do not go through brokers and are offered to solid LONG term investors. Midland had such an offering and I passed on it glad I did since all this character assassinating started.. As far as the 3 day rule shareholder primisory notes due happen all the time through people may not like them they do exist if you spend enough time reading them. Brokers may have a large inventory and pay someone shares to promote and bail out their inventory. Heck ALan the there is somany ways to legal transact stock it is not even funny the only problem is accepting stock or cash for promotion.

Typically that has a contract and bonuses from what I have been able to come up with. To try an attack long term investors for buying stock from a company is not the answer. Many private companies do not have the brokers or the internet to assist in selling their stock and people invest in a company except it is not publically traded.

Anyway that is a whole new topic and scenario on discussing stock options, buying stock from private investors, which we hit on a bit before, etc.

Other than that I agree with you 100%. Paid Promoters should make full disclosure because most of them dump their shares on the pump promotion they run. Where private placements for investments are not done to do that with but there is not a whole lot a company can do about it someone does. Remember anything that has money involved in it is going to have someone abuse it.

Consult a financial advisor or reputable broker before investing I do. Heck I even pay one now $240.00 an hour just answer questions and get clarifications. If you are going to trade int he market you should at least educate yourself in the market and not get your education from on line posters with their opinions. Just because they say it with conviction does not make it fact or true.

Character assassination are bull... when a stock goes down someone is to blame. Then everyone who ever mentioned the stock positively is suspect. Paranoid is not even close to describing what is happening on the internet.
