Musya, I'm not at all sure what you mean by mentioning "Legitimate short covering" and DCTC in the same message, but...

Please post the title & author of ANY book or publication that
#1 ADMITS there is such a thing as shorting unshortable, unlisted, unmarginable, unborrowable penny stocks, and
#2 says "'Legitimate' short covering [of such stocks] IS followed by an uptick of the bid."
