Well our friend the SEC is looking at them with a telescope so I think they are just making very sure they have all their ducks in a row. Your first sentence could be right, maybe the 3rd party does not want to be swamped with investors. I have heard that poor Guido has been swamped down in Boliva with calls etc.

I received about an hour or two ago an E-mail from Guy saying :

"The third party and the other stuff (I was also asking about 10K, 10Q, etc.) should be released soon. I wish I knew exactly - but everything is progressing forward."

Just like before unfortunately. "Soon....." It's a waiting game...
