Obviously the relationship between TSQD and DRIV is not a secret. The stock has moved from $2.25 to $5 in short order. Currently TSQD owns 23% of DRIV. It is worth noting that DRIV's CEO, Joel Ronning has his entire equity stake in DRIV through holdings in TSQD. DRIV is coming public tentatively some time between 8/6 and 8/10 at an expected offering price of $10-12/share (IPO dates are, of course, always tenuous). Lead underwriters are Alex Brown and Robertson Stephens with Bear Stearns as the third underwriter. If DRIV achieves a market cap of $300-450M, well within the realm of possibility given the strength of recent Internet IPO's and projected revenue multiples, then TSQD's stake in DRIV would be worth $6-9/share before giving any value whatsoever to the base business. And again, the security of TSQD's future is underscored by the fact that DRIV's CEO owns his DRIV stake through TSQD.

hmmm... Doc, jetta, a few others (I mean no disservice to others that I did not mention, especially from the CPA) and I used to be the only posters here.

Now I see statements like "not many folks know that TSQD owns a piece of Digital River......" or statements that indorse other stock picks (usally a good sign).

However, the TSQD SI board has reached as high as number 3 on the SI HOT Board even during the BCST IPO and of course that could have been a factor. Or CMGI's interest in Geocities could have been a factor.

However, I think the news is just starting to get out. Look at the number of Trial members that we suddenly have on-line... amazing. Not to mention the IM's, EM's and PM's from several fellow investors that I associate with... including one from Digital River.

I also considered selling only to get in at lower price but have reconsidered since it's recent consolidation into a tighter range. My mistake.

Now I see some hand holding. Is that wrong? Hell no! But my feet are in the starting block and ready to race. Just waiting for the starters gun and you all know when that is.

But hey I could be wrong,
