Excellent summary, Bruce. A couple of small points I'd add:

On Prozac, I think they're just playing poker, and making it very clear that they'll go it alone or with someone else if Lilly balks at their price. My guess is that Lilly will eventually sign up, which would be in both sides' interest.

I'm continually astounded that new ICEs keep popping up in their portfolio. Their latest is a version of Risperidone, a very big, very new anti-psychotic. Of course this is very much still on patent, so there will only be a licensing deal with the current franchisee, and then only if there is some compelling advantage over the existing drug. (They didn't say what this might be). At very worst, it fills their distant pipeline.
