Andrew,

Granted ASMLF has come down a bunch on its announcement, but I'm wondering if part of their problem might be exchange rate comparisons with Nikon and Canon. The weak yen may be increasing the competitive advantage of the Japanese manufacturers. Your thoughts on this?
Also, what is your sense of the relative value of ASMLF compared with CYMI at this point?
