Here is the link to the text of the house bill:

thomas.loc.gov

The bill is in the Ways and Means Committee at present. Expect it to be passed and be retroactive to the first of this year.

Hi, Christine!

Here's an interesting post from AOL you might not have seen yet...time to call the TA again and see if the numbers have been adjusted.

>>First - Everybody Knows that Jambulu is the oil man Pickens' son.>note: J. had written a post in praise of Califtalk two posts before and been challenged.

Second- once a 13D is filed the transfer agent marks the certificates of that party with the legend,"At the time of issuance of this certificate, the record owner could be considered to be a person controlling, controlled by, or under a common control with the issuer; and, therefore, the shares represented by this certificate may no longer be freely tradable without an opinion of counsel, satisfactory to the issuer."

Third- the 2,550,000 new shares that were issued by the transfer agent on July 16,1998 in favor of 4 company insiders, in a surprise assault to water down Yarmak's percentage ownership in Oilex, has been rescinded, as of the Directors meeting held on July 21,1998 at Fort Worth, Texas.

Four- Yarmak has been roaming Texas during the days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; and is expected to be to Las Vegas, Nevada, on Friday. He was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and as Secretary-Treasurer of the company. The office of Oilex is moving out of Houston, Texas, and will be separate from the office of Allan Burditt.

Fifth- Califtalk (Yarmak) has been issued his stock certificates as of July 20,1998 and therefore the float of available shares has been cut in half. It is getting more difficult to be short and borrow stock certificates for delivery.

Six- Having a major play for control of a company announced to you openly on AOL ,move by move, was a gift to you from Califtalk. Attacking him will not benefit open discussion on this message board. Now that he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors he will most
likely be advised by the company attorney to guard his statements.

Seven- The change in management of Oilex has taken place in the short period of 30 days....<<

Well, folks--it's a new dawn for Oilex! Christine, Marty, Larry Sallee, Offie, John R., Eric, Ajax--we were here to see it: The beginning of the Califtalk era.

Here's to better days!

Rick
