I had Dr. Ricker as a professor. Unlike some PhD's whom are pompous asses, Dr. Ricker is not a bombastic individual, and more than likely knows his fundamentals of chemical engineering better than most, and certainly better than anyone on this thread. And while some PhD's are legends in their own minds, I would think that he leans towards understatement.

And based on his technical explanations from way back in early 1997 on this thread, I would assume he probably has a better idea about the feasibility of the process on the patent than the Solv-Ex scientists.
