no,on that statement you would be incorrect...... they would not want to buy a company that stock could be over in flated..........so at the current rate they would be more attractive..........but as investors ,that situation does not help us at the present..........problem is they have most of their money from private placement,so the price of stock is not one of their major concerns.......but the positive if any. that somewhere between 50-60 percent is owned by private and was assured they are not selling(if you find peace in that)
