SS, Usually it means that there is some buying pressure... at least that is how I would have read it back in my daytrading days on l2. Also, if you do call the SEC and complain, ask for Cathrine Robinson and ask if you can be added to complaint # H0-205701.... That would be my complaint and it can take up to a month to start a new one... SERIOUSLY EVERYONE CALL, it could be a way to at least get the SEC looking at it. 202-942-7040 Rob
