Oh yeah, I forgot-- he was a high level executive at Microsoft with 10 years at the company, made incredible amounts of money, and pretty much invented the streaming media business.

I think the DOJ's chances of thumping Microsoft just went up. And I already thought the chances were pretty high.

You're half right/half wrong. Buggy whips are not hardware models.

Mainframes and minicomputers are computing models, and if you disagree with that then you really should go find out what replaced buggy whips and invest there.
