What is the sustainable level you have in mind if you don't mind to share here? In the CC did they mention about secondary offering? Have we seen any more insiders file for sell? I think a gradual sellings by insiders will soft land this pig.

You are correct in that AMZN's stock price is actually hurting them. In this tight labor market, AMZN has been able to attract people based largely on its ability to offer generous stock options. However, with the stock price so high, prospective employees will not forgo a salary for stock options because any options granted at the current price will probably be worthless by the time they are vested. Therefore, AMZN will be forced into paying more salary as they grow their business, postponing profitability even further.
