Fair enough, but what about getting the present information correct?
I assume that all of us come to SI to communicate and to share information which will help us to be profitable. What I don't like is people ( now, I'm not accusing you ) trying to profit at the expense of others by spreading false information. It always raises a red flag for me when a so-called "basher" says something negative about a company and he is immediately bombarded by hostile posts from several people. This is exactly what happened to me on the original TSIG thread. Personally, if I am long or considering going long, I want to know everything about a company, good and bad. However, it seems that some people only want "nicey nicey" stuff posted here about TSIG. That makes me very suspicious that they have a hidden agenda and that they are not really longs, but pump and dump artists. This is just my opinion. I made an offer that if nobody responded to me I would not post any more. However, people continue to post to me, so just maybe I do have valid contrarian opinions.
Also, it is really ridiculous to believe that what I say might affect the price of the shares you own.

ATTENTION.......
Not that I really think that this will matter, but it's really frustrating wading through posts from people like Sandi and Wiseowl. If you rate their input based on facts per post, both can barely raise their chins off the ground. What bothers me is that those who I believe are intelligent (not to be confused with accurate), even waste their time responding to these people.

While I believe that these intelligent people have posted what they have gathered as accurately as possible, it's up to me to decide what to believe through DD of my own. The rest of what is posted is either garbage or a show of excitement over events. Excitement I understand and accept, it's harmless. The garbage is.....well garbage.

What I don't understand is why, since everyone knows that these people like the attention, intelligent people respond. Just fuels their fire. They are like religious zealots. You can't rationalize with them or persuade them. Facts are irrelivent to them, either because they don't want to listen, don't want to do their own DD or just plain like to talk to people (kind of like a lonely person). But, hey, they paid their money. I don't have to play their games.

I and my friends have been buying TSIG since May and have close to 200K shares. This buying was based on information gathered by people like Marty, Gambler, Beeblebrox and even Jeff Berry. I may not agree with their posts but they are intelligent people, whatever their agendas are. It's up to me to decide.

Anyway, that's my pontification on the subject. Not that it will change anything. I expect a response. But, I won't respond to people that cannot hold an intelligent conversation without retreating to idle banter when backed into a corner. Even when given a chance to respond. No fuel.....no fire. They become white noise.

To all who have contributed, I thank you. Though my trial membership will shortly become a full time membership, in the meantime I just wanted to get my two cents in (just like everyone else).

GO TSIG (a silly habit people seem to have when signing of, but what the hey....when in Rome)
