Riley THose who own their shares not in cert form have every right you have. Please show me where in the company's (or any other company's) by-laws that says if you own shares in one form you have less or more trights than those holding the same shares in a differnet form. If you really beleive this you are not as smart as some of your followers give you credit for. BTW why dont you clear up the inconsistancies between your statements to the SEC and those you made on this forum? It is not because you were lying was it?
