Notes on conference call:

- good visibility going into Q1
- industry/demand remains robust
- have not yet seen significant demand from metropolitan networks, still primarily long haul - metro will be next wave of growth, still to come
- maintain view of longer term sustainable growth of 35-45%
- PMX acquisition has no impact on earnings yet, still looking to acquire remaining interest to take stake to 100%
- gross margin expected to remain stable, could improve with entry into modules business (PMX)
- increase in R&D in quarter - expected to continue, they want to take advantage of opportunities in industry
- increase in inventory level due to PMX acquisition, inventory turns actually flat with Q3
- all analysts very positive, upbeat

In summary - all good.
