Actually, it's not the CO to CPU that's the issue. It's the three-way announcement that curiously has two solutions interoperating.

As for my being the one to make sure they're all three working together, if I were hired, I'd sit down with the keepers of the crown jewels --- aware that they are --- and say, "Okay, guys, you can sit here and hold your breath as long as you want but just remember, it's the guy who has to tweak his codes after the fact that ends up losing his competitive edge. Every minute lost is added expense at the other end. Now, what will it be? Sit here and turn blue or get on with the job?"

Not enough testosterone, I know.

But, how smart is it to shoot your own foot?

Easy to see why TXN bought AMTX, isn't it.
