Howdy M hot-enough-fer-ya H,
I could tell something was up today, my noon time call for a quote showed big volume. Maybe, as some suspect, the fat lady ain't singin yet, but I'd say she's in the wings, clearin her throat.

Ps The Stillers hadn't even had their first practice yet, and all the sportswriters were sayin this could be Cowher's best team ever. Hope that didn't jinx them. BTW, you should be trying for a threepeat this year?

<<<<Last I heard, the run rates on EDGE were about double what you had
posted>>>>

LT,
Right on, I believe the revenues for EDGE in June were a little over $2.5 million giving them a $30 million run rate. My best guess is by the time the LOCUS acquisition closes which should be this quarter, the run rate for DCI will be very close to $115 million. This excludes Muller Media as I believe it will be gone by then. With the acquisition of EDGE, the revenues for the quarter ending 3/31 should show an impressive increase over the previous quarter. If LOCUS closes this quarter we will have two quarters in a row with impressive gains in revenue. I might caution those who are expecting a big EPS for last quarter or the current quarter. The company is being built to be sold on a times revenue basis not an EPS basis. This can work very well as evidenced by SmarTalk. Right now the company is spending money as fast as it comes in on the expansion of DCI Europe and CyberFax. Once LOCUS is on board I'm sure the company will contemplate the installation of CyberFax equipment in Latin America as well as switching facilities. Expansions like this will go a long way in increasing revenues but will continues to hold down EPS. The announcement yesterday truly was a milestone for the company and put DCI on the cutting edge of playing with the big Telecom Companies.

Best Regards
