Riley still wont answer an honest question why are you telling two different stories one on SI (ok maybe it was on the TVSI thread MR. Wordsmith) and one to the SEC. If the SEC subpeona's you on RMIL you are darn tooting going to speak to them or you A** will be in the slammer very quick.

And the company has the same obligation to all shareholders no matter what form they hold their shares. In some cases the broker has the right to act as the agent for the shareholder. You really are a know nothing. Please show me where street share owners have different rights than name share owners. Show me the By-Laws.
