Are you a position trader or a day trader. I am talking about when a stock begins to move. I trade using a level 2 execution system and watch the board and have seen many times what he mentioned. I'm beginning to think that limit orders are the MM's edge. You'll get it if they don't want it anymore. So many times I have seen a limit order hit (for 1300 shares) and no fill and a few seconds later the same 1300 on the other side for a nice little MM treat. Maybe it's coincidence but then maybe it's not. I'm glad Brown & Co. give you such good service. May it always be so. Bob
