After all a private placement can not be a public offer. It is unfortunate that the possibility of a PP was leaked. It would have been better if it had just happened. Now it sits like something out of a Poe novel hanging over the heads of potential new investors. The possibility, remote I imagine, of the SEC suspending trading in this stock doesn't help either. It will keep me on the sidelines for a while. And anyway, trying to catch a falling knife can be painful. But it is getting to be very tempting. What this stock needs is some buyers. Scaring them away will not help the longs.
