My sister-in-law is a nurse at the VA. She was telling me how excited the urologist was over Viagra after attending the AAU meeting in June. When she questioned him about safety concerns and that deaths were reported he replied that it was perfectly safe. Her impression was that he is a lazy urologist and was relieved that he would not have to instruct patients on how to use MUSE or needle therapy. So much for concious medicine.
