While I will always attempt to respond to specific questions that originate
from this thread, I have no intention to waste any more time responding
further to empty and/or redundant allegations and innuendo. In the absence
of proof, they are mere annoyances and intimidations and incredible drains
on my time. Anyone who poses those types of questions or asks questions
about those allegations will see this post. The previous posts by myself,
David Smith, David Hayes and others over the period of July 17 thru July
22, together with the new DD posted on this thread serve as surrogates for
a response here.

The Company has had its problems to be sure. However, it is now in the
process of bootstrapping itself into a reporting entity and to finalize the
tasks to open Envirotec and process Class V waste. Now, of all times, is
the worst possible moment to give up on this investment. Further downside
pressure should be seen as a buy opportunity. All in my humble opinion.

All of us must make investment decisions with which we are comfortable. I
have a problem with those who go LONG and then shamelessly hype for the
sole purpose of selling into any buying. Similarly, I have a problem with
those who sell, and then shamelessly bash for the sole purpose of buying
into selling.

All of us must make our own investment decisions based on our own DD and
gut feel. As such, those who believe the posts by nameless bashers,
without evidence should SELL; those who believe the Company has a future
should HOLD or BUY. It really is that simple.

This post will be reprised in its entirety as often as may be necessary.
