Justa,

Sooner or later they will be throwing $$ our way. Where else can they go for stocks like AMAT, CYMI or a whole laundry list of stocks trading well below their PEG? I think many of the big boys learned their lesson in '96 and do not want to get left behind in the next runup. This is only ONE of the reasons I do not believe AMAT will get anywhere near it's historic low PSR of 1.0. To the bears on the AMAT thread, that is their mantra and all you ever hear. But in reality, no company with leadership in their industry like AMAT should ever trade at a PSR of 1.0. Many people disagree with me on this, but I believe a premium must be paid for a company which will(??) make $$ every qtr during this downturn. Again, this is open to debate, and especially so with 300mm pushed out. At this point, any + comments on 300mm could propel these stocks up.

I think this qualifies as a rant<G>

justa,

You'll love this post by one of our fav bears.

First line:
Wall Street is getting it wrong again.

exchange2000.com

Everyone(the market) is wrong and she is right. What blatant arrogance.

What is most annoying is that her posts read like a broken record, with no consideration of changing market fundamentals. "Stock is going to 12 yada-yada-yada PSR of 1.0 yada-yada-yada." The really sad part is that she is actually considered insightful by many who have remained, and not been chased away.
