INTC and LSI have different product mixes. LSI is more diversified than just being a provider for PC's. Some of INTC's "improvement" in the coming quarter will be for sales which were supposed to happen this quarter, but got pushed back (Celeron). I like their R&D spending levels. Instead of being short-sighted. They have their fingers in many emerging markets and won't have to play catch-up with anyone. They are poised very well for a general semiconductor turnaround. I'm always amazed when they get lumped-in with commodity companies like MU. - Tech Watcher
