MB,

Thanks for the post. I had hoped you might like some INTC puts.

It appears that GTW missed their numbers. Maybe soft PC sales
will bring MU's price down to the single digits it deserves!

Which areas do you think represent the best risk/reward for puts if the tech wreck ever happens?

Thanks,

Steve

MB,

<But I hope somebody steps up and challenges them and gets technology moving forward again.>

Someone is trying and it's called the PowerPC. As a Mac user for the past 15 years, and an Apple employee for the last three, it is frustrating to see people complain about Microsoft, Intel, Gateway, Packard-Bell, etc. but not be willing to buy a Mac to try to remedy the problem. With the investment people have in PC software and its use, it's a hard sell to get them to switch to a different platform. As long as Microsoft and Intel products are "good enough", why put in the effort to be better? I know you know all of this, but it definitely is a tough job to get someone away from the Dark Side once they're in. -g- As a contrarian, you should be prime Mac material! And no, I don't own a Beta VCR (although I've thought about it). -g-
