>>>the most convincing proof that it works I've seen so far.

Well being in their as a 'free' loading e-Bill customers I've been trying my best to find a flaw, or otherwise test the system to see how 'idiot' proof the system is.

Like send a payment to a bogus biller account #, and then after payment to have been sent....send and e-mail telling them what I did, and then ask to have it corrected. Without a hitch and without human intervention, impressed

The one thing that I have noticed also is that the bill presentment is getting better and better as time goes on. The bills have much more detail and information, links, coming from my billers site each month.

I'm also leaving all my bill information on line..you have the option to delete it, but I wonder how many months paid bill history will stay on line. I've screwed around with sending $1 payments at random, and let one bill go past due...and then paid both, just to see if the accounting shows the carry forward credit into the 3rd bill, the usual stuff.

In other words I am having a ball trying to screw with their system, and when is the last time someone told you that they enjoyed paying bills?

It's a blast...and the most amazing thing about it, my current financial institution is not on line, and doesn't even have a web site. When the payment appears on my bank statement they look just like a line item purchase on a credit card statement. Date, Biller Name, a whole bunch of reference numbers....on my bank statement, so they are able to pass all that detailed information back to my non-on line bank. Wonderful....
