It was encouraging to see ABMI's... price increase today, even though it was only $.02. The small cap stocks have not been sharing in the recent big run-ups in value and the past two days are an indication that this may be changing. Many of the blue chip stocks are grossly overvalued and it took Mr. Greenspan's testimony before Congress UP the Humphrey-Hawkins law to bring this fact to the market's attention. Many of the small cap stocks are undervalued in the marketplace and I personally believe that ABMI is one of them. SAMCAT
