Letter should emphasize the importance of the MBS process as the lowest cost solution to cleaning up contaminated sites throughout the country. If congressman is a Democratic, should also refer to the Administration's commitment to the brownfields program. Should also note how legal fees generated by the SEC's investigation and the time the company's personnel have had to devote to it are crippling a small, emerging company. Should also note how the suspension was initiated without the SEC giving the company any warning or asking any questions. May also refer to last week's report of the SEC's internal study that recomended a speeding up of the investigative process. This is America! SLUP and its stockholders are entitled to swift justice and due process of law!
