The main reason why NASI and Mentor will be successful is that NASI can produce enough product to keep the Mentor sales force busy. THRX can't produce enough for their large partner Indigo and as a result Indigo sales people do not have seeds top of mind. Imagine you were the sales person and could not get enough product to sell to new accounts and had to keep telling your existing customers they were being rationed. You would soon start selling other things. Sales people are paid commission on what they sell. NASI using Mentor's smaller sales force will have no problem keeping Mentor focused and sales people making money taking THRX accounts and hopefully finding new ones.
