Let me throw out some speculation. About a week ago, Glenn stated that Phase II would be complete in three weeks. That would suggest that around August 5th - 7th we should start to see press releases and promotional campaigns. Since that announcement from Glenn, we have had one (maybe 2) days to the upside. (Here comes the speculation) Since PNLK has not performed well recently, I believe that the website will be fully functional. I also think that he MM's and institutions already know this and are trying to shake as many shares from weak investors as possible so they can accumulate at much lower levels. It would not surprise to see volume pick up as we grow closer to the self imposed deadline and we could see some serious buying a couple of days before the announcement. All IMO : VM
