Lifted from yahoo HBOCProgrammer Jul 23 1998 6:18PM EDT I think the reason the stock dropped so much today is because you could sell it and buy roughly 2 shares of IMNT. Since each share of IMNT will be worth .84 shares of HBOC when the deal goes through you are looking at a 60% increase in the number of HBOC shares when that happens. I wouldn't trust that guy from Smith Barney. He is probably trying to keep the price of HBOC up so he can buy more IMNT.
