Jock,

Thanx for the conference notes. I know you put a lot of time and effort into it and we all really appreciate it.

As I see it LSI is still on track with what Wilf has been saying for the past couple of quarters, so maybe when he made that large stock purchase at $23/share, to him it made good sense, and I still believe it does.

From what I can draw from his estimates he will be somewhat down next Quarter at .23 instead of .29 but much higher in 4Q which Zacks estimates at .34. This still gives about a dollar for the year with only a 20 P/E. Then for next year, we have to wait for analysts changes, but the $1.56 estimated should not be too far out of order which equates to a P/E of about 13 which is very low. Another way to say it is a P/E of 20 on next years earnings gives us a price of 30 which seems very reasonable compared to other tech company problems.

Good Luck
