cr we are at the eye of the storm with downcycle in semi's . i think tsemf numbers will be slightly positive but the big key is dssi has to divest tsemf or sell tsemf in 1999 to really benifit the shareholders. right now the market doesn'T no what to think about the relationship of tsemf and dssi and recently have been traded like it doesn't matter. morgenstern , if he was smart, should come out and say 1999 tsemf will be divested to dssi shareholders as a stock divident. then, people would take dssi and tseme more serious as an end result. why? because if tsemf goes to 20 again and dssi does nothing how does it benifit ultimately dssi shareholders if you cannot sell it. if morgernstren said tsemf would be divested it would show shareholders or investors that if tsemf goes up it will benifit dssi shareholders DIRECTLY. dssi has watched tsemf go to 20plus two times and has not benifited at all . yes tsemf paid dividents but that has not shown up to dssi shareholders. the street said yea tsemf goes to 20 but if you can't sell it take advantage who gives a sh--. its like a roller coaster ride that dssi shareholders have been put through. so if tsemf goes up it will NOT BENIFIT DSSI SHAREHOLDRERS THAT MUCH. TSEMF went to 23 last year and dssi went to seven. it WILL BENIFIT ONLY IF MORGERNSTERN PUTS IN WRITING THAT TSEMF WILL BE DIVESTED THAN TSEMF WILL COME BACK INTO PLAY WITH DSSI. FOR MORGERNSTERN THEIR IS NO REASON WHY HE CAN'T RELEASE IT TODAY. IF HE REALLY PLANS ON DOING IT. cummer moyers was scared that he treated tsemf like a social trophy in israel and would never divest it because he would or might lose control. in 1999, only time will tell if tsemf is divested but it should be released now .at some point all the gains and rewarded to dssi shareholders because thats were MORGERNSTern owns all his options and stock. it will all flow to dssi at some point but announcing tsemf would just be a very credible start and no way gets in the way of the government or the israel corp since george is the biggest shareholder of dssi. unless, he's afraid that israel corp will take control and throw him out.i really see so much upside and very little downside for a growth company. but, so far we have all been wrong.
