Hey Luxor, in retrospect I would love nothing more then to offer you an apology(I mean it!) I did beat you up, but you deserve it if you don't offer proof. So here goes, please tell us who is buying E'Prime and for how much? If you fail to respond please do all a favor and disapear! As if you were never here at all. soxan

I'm not disappearing. From what I have gathered, the sale of the company should be done in the next few days barring any problems with AP (which they are currently negotiating). As for the buyer's name, I'll be back by Saturday with more info. Purchase price - we heard Bob and Betty will end up with approx. 12-13 mil. after all AP is settled. I get my info. from a group of creditors and wish I had more to tell, but unfortunately, I cannot get additional info. for a few days. More later. luxor
