Robert, Your are correct,the share holders that participate in this venture should be compensated with some kind of warrant for their part. I have an attorney share holder who may be able to assist in the legal work, but we do need a trustee to handle the money. If someone could find out who IPM owes and how much i will volunteer to do the negotiations with them and who knows if they would except 50 % of moneys owed we could do this on a 50 % participation on the part of the share holders, IMHO i believe this is possible.
