You may want to re-check your sources, according to my sources less than 20% of all DRAM starts are .21um and it will be the end of the year before they get to 30%. My sources also tell me that only one fab will getting deep uv steppers, and their .21um 64m SDRAM will br yielding less than 300 die per wafer for some time and at maturity will probally be in the 320 - 350 die range. I also think the deal will be a coup for TI, in 12 to 18 months they will not only get their
fabs but also Microns.
