OH, I own UTDL shares. Doug R. introduced me to the stock last year and I bought it solely for the $$$$$$$$ from their pending law suit. The news out today had the stock up 50% yesterday and up again today on heavy vol. before profit taking set in. I haven't had a chance to digest the news release yet. It looks like UTDL has some type of internet technology up their sleeve. This is a big surprise to say the least. quote.yahoo.com It seems like everyone wants to get in on the internet. OH, it looks like UTDL has traded their technology for a controlling interest in GENS. They are receiving 2 million shares and options for 80,000 more shares. Yahoo indicates that there are less than 5 mil. shares of GENS, but I'm not sure if this is an accurate number and I'm not sure if additional shares of of GENS will be created to purchase the technology from UTDL. GENS is a start-up co. that had no revenues at this time last year. I just began looking the co. over. It looks like a good deal for UTDL and GENS. Anyone doing DD on UTDL will at first get lost in the myriad of financial arrangements and interconnected companies and relationships. Even Elvis is involved with this Co. The FA is horrible, but the co. has so many works in progress going that one of them is bound to hit paydirt. I posted earlier that my interest in this company was solely the law suit against Irvine Co. and the planned development of their lot in Las Vegas but the story is getting more interesting. Sergio
