E As I recall, Wilf has aways indicated that Symbios would be accretive in 1999. I think when we hear the cc on this acquisition the Analysts will be upgrading 1999 earnings significantly. So when I indicated $1.56 for 1999 with a 20 P/E yielding $30 share value it did not take Symbios into account. I think analysts are still reluctant to commit on its contribution until it hears the facts. I guess I am somewhat disappointed that we still have to wait for... "the rest of the story". DavidG
