Can anybody tell me how LEAPS work?

In lack of a better term, LEAPS are long-tern options. Instead of an expiration of several months, LEAPS are issued with two or more years of time remaining. If you look at MO's LEAPS, their are contracts that expire in 2001.

For a primer, use the search word OPTIONS in SI and their are threads available for even newcomers to options.

Regards,
Pat
