Rand, I agree with you 110 % with what has happened so far with present management it is a sure fact that any moneys left in the hands of management would be used for anything except for what would benefit IPM share holders. I don't mean to be this critical but you can only judge be what you have experienced in the past, and i think it is very evident that the track record of present management is not beneficial to the share holders.I have spoken this evening with share holders of about one million shares and they all agree to support this movement if they can be guaranteed that their money will be used to make IPM solvent or returned to them. Someone needs to start counting shares that we have agreeable to this plan, but i think we will need more than 50% to assure us the ability to remove the present management just in case that becomes necessary.
