You recall correctly. In fact, I think it was you that I had some PM's with and recommended them to you. Glad you like them. They are by far the best of the non-Level II streaming r/t quote services. And yes, the morning lag is a terrible aggravation. Here's the scoop: The lag is coming from their feed provider, ADP. (Yes, I was surprised too that ADP was in this business) ADP is aware of the problem, and is "fixing" this condition by the end of the summer. Definitely by September, perhaps as early as a few weeks from now. Apparently they are completely changing the equipment at the "broadcast" center. This is what the RTT tech support director has told us in extensive conversations. So we are all hopeful that it happens soon. RTT has also added more servers and T1-T3 lines, so the service really hums once that morning lag is over. By the way, if you have mIRC, they have a room on the undernet system called #rtt. You can interact all day with the tech support personnel. It's handy to have them right there when you need them. There's also a completely new version of RTT due maybe next week. Supposedly has lots of fixes and new features. I think the t/s will also now have b/a info. Cool!
