Brad,

A lot of my trades in Bany have gone off as a double print. I use Brown&Co. as a broker and they direct order flow through NITE. If NITE is not a MM in that particular security they may have to buy and print that buy and the selling MM such as HRZG or HILL for instance would also print a sell. I don't think it has anything to do with selling any newly registered shares. Take a look at.

nasdaqtrader.com

Go to the OTCBB area and do some reading. It tells you there the requirements and rules of market making. By placing an order to sell at .35 the MM is only required to take it in at .34 at the bid. That is why level 2 is important as it would show the complete picture. I have also asked a few folks for some comment on this and will post when I get some answers. By better understanding how the game is played you can be a better trader or investor. Know your opponents well and see their plan of battle. Know what they can or can't do and the tricks and ruses that are used to create doubt. Remember that the market will usually give a correct valuation at any time to any companies stock, as that is what you can either buy it or sell it for at that particular moment. As an investor your valuation can either agree or disagree, but that is how opportunity arises. I am expecting a book report on what you find out. <G>

Dave

PS: I guess I'm going to have to break down and get that darn level 2
