ARMIN , very good points and i agree with you on everything you said. i believe phd did not do anything because it never recieved the funding or partner when the door was opened in the industry and the door shut quickly and dssi had to sell it. in technology their are always small opportunities,ie LUCK, every major tech winner happened because they had luck being in the right place at the right time before an industry takes off but they seized the moment AND EXECUTED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE LEAD TIME. dssi has done unbelievable well getting tsemf and was in good position with phd and converge. dssi really did nothing great with phd since magic software, not a great company, got bought out for 100 million and we sold phd for 7 million. hopefully, converge turns out differently. regarding cybercard, management didn't look to smart as weldler took him for a ride with free options and 150.000 salary in a awful industry and a waste of time. cybercard will never do well and we will never hear about it by next year. one vey positive thing is morgernstern admitted his mistake and cut the spending quicky and KICKED WELDLER out and for me that is the very positive because it shows me morgernstern is getting upset to and is really watching the company. morgernstern is a nice guy , stole tsemf and is very respected in the business circles. What even more important HE has built this company with VERY LITTLE DILUTION TO SHAREHOLDERS which will come back and make him look very smart. the last two years has awaken george to keep and eye on the ball and take this company to another level. in other words, he is more pissed off than any of us and will show WALL STREET what they have been missing. wall street is bunch sheep and followers. they hate george today because the stock is 4.5 but will love him to death when the stock is 25. look at tsemf, people are pissed because the stock is 7 which is a joke but the reality we are in the worst semi downturn since the eighties. regarding tsemf, in 1996 a lot morons sold this thing at 7 and they missed a 25%divident and the stock just about tripled. it just shows you history repeats itself and the people selling tsemf at 7 will look like morons again. it just shocks me.
