I'm a new poster to this thread, but have been eyeing TSQD and this thread for quite some time. I guess my biggest concerns re: the possibility of TSQD benefitting from DRIV are that a) TSQD is still a BB stock and therefor gets discriminated against by "the Street" right off the bat, b) TSQD's core business performance stinks (re: consecutive quarters' poor performance), c) nobody's really heard of TSQD, and d) Digital River is still not yet a really big "internet" name as far as the Street's concerned. Certainly the potential for this play to work is there, at least to some degree, but I think not to the extent that we'd all like it to. On the other hand TSQD's been holding its current price quite well, I think. Maybe the really big key to this whole thing will be whether or not in the *upcoming* press releases and news stories re: the new DRIV IPO TSQD will be mentioned as a major corporate investor...

<<TSQD-HUGE MOVE? TSQD should trade like a warrant for Digital River, and a low price warrant for a stock that could trade at 40, 50, 60 or higher SHOULD TRADE AT A PREMIUM!!>>

Once a board begins to be peppered with spiral-eyed zealotry, caution signs are in order.
