Know for a fact this is a great deal for us at HBOC. For those of you concern ...Don't worry, be happy!! This is a move that allows growth and "value added services" to customers in the future. No more additions coming, time to work on these. Drop in share price over reaction to purchase. When analysis figure out what has really happened price will jump back up too mid 30's in next few days. IMNT was a great supplier which HBO used on regular basis. Purchase of company will not dilute earnings !!!! HBO has great management. Clearly understands those actions which need to occur to move forward.
